Attraction

This may be just a poem or just a blog, but both come from the heart.
So is there truly any difference?

What is it about attraction that captivates a person?

It gets the best and worst of all of us.
We are all pulled to such different people.

The young and Old.
The Ugly and Pretty.
Friends and family or complete strangers.
Those whom we just met, or never have.
To those we have known all ours lives.
From those who have hurt us, to those that we can't even have.

Is it something physiological in us, or maybe something mentally?
What is it inside us that makes us just want someone?
A need? A want? A lust? is there really any difference?
